The worst agency to rent a house is from them I rented the house I paid them a deposit the same day the next day we moved and we didn't have a floor we didn't have a bed we didn't have a refrigerator we didn't have a washing machine for garbage in in the garden there were a lot of rats next to that garbage I stayed for a week without a toilet they didn't send someone from the agency to fix the toilet so we had to use it by putting water in the toilet with a bucket.
we didn't even have curtains on the window, so basically we had absolutely nothing in that house, no curtains, no bed, no wardrobe, no fridge, no washing machine, no floor in the living room. It was just simple cement and the main door was forced crooked and we had to put clothes in to keep the cold out and the people from the agency did absolutely nothing.
To the fact that we put curtains on our windows they want to take us out of storage and that's what they did It cost us £275 the fact that we put three curtains on our windows a simple fact that we didn't have and you can't live without curtains at home

I do not recommend this agency to anyone because they will take your money and they will do absolutely nothing
