My friend referred my family to Pinpoint Properties after our high end home sat with no offers for an entire year. My initial discussions with Katrina Smith were informative and low pressure. We had hoped that our original agent could sell our property but it continued to sit with no offers. It was a difficult choice to transition away from our original agent to Katrina. That said, we had confidence in Katrina and decided to move forward. Once employed, Katrina and her team put a high end paper and online marketing campaign in place. They also professionally staged the properly which made a significant different in the curb appeal. She was very accessible and diligent on follow up items.
