Maison's service has been exceptional throughout our time with them. They are a group of friendly and helpful professionals, who go out of their way to make the moving process comfortable for tenants. Their Welsh language service is exceptional, and something we have not found anywhere else in Cardiff. They are also incredibly inclusive and supportive - and were the only company we found who celebrated letting properties to professionals who are freelance, on fixed term contracts or on zero hours contracts. This was a relief as young professionals and freelance creatives who could afford a new home - but who were turned away by other lettings companies in Cardiff for working freelance. Bethany especially was always on hand to help us with any queries throughout our tenancy, and everything was resolved immediately. Perfect service.
