I highly recommend this company for considering real estate investing. We rented property from them for almost six years! I enjoyed witnessing how they found new buyers for previous investors and tenants for new investors. They do it exceptionally professionally and friendly, like a loving family! At any time, if you need something, they are always ready to help solve your problem as quickly and efficiently as possible. It's hard to see that in our days. I would definitely recommend them to my friends who are looking for attractive real estate in beautiful parts of the world for investment.

Greg helped us buy a house on Bird Key, sight unseen. Closed the deal in the airport before we got on the plane. Great income producing property in a fantastic location. Greg was very supportive in in arranging home inspections and potential repair costs, insurance, rental management and most importantly increasing the rental income by 40%.

I took a vacation in Sarasota over the December 2020 holidays. I wasn’t planning to buy any real estate in Sarasota but I stumbled upon a beautiful townhome at the Enclave at Laurel Park, by David Weekley Homes, and it looked like a great investment, so I signed a purchase agreement on 12/29/20. I live in California and needed to find a great property manager, to help a first time newbie landlord. Jordan Culler, Sales Consultant extraordinaire, at David Weekley Homes, recommended Greg Orquera. I checked out the reviews on Google and they were all 5 stars, so I contacted Greg and scheduled a meeting for the next day. As soon as I met Greg, I could immediately see that he knew the property management business back to front. So needless to say I hired Orquera Florida Investments to manage my property.

I must have caught the real estate bug and, on 01/02/21, ended up buying a second home from David Weekley Homes, this time, a single family home, in Payne Park Village.

On 01/03/21, I flew back to California and the closings were scheduled for 01/28/21 and 02/05/21. Greg then introduced me to Doreen Gentz, who would be my primary contact at Orquera Florida Investments.

Doreen immediately listed my two rentals on Zillow and many other sites. Leading up to the closings, Doreen and Greg were kind enough to also complete the walk throughs with David Weekley Homes, on my behalf, since I was back in California.

Doreen secured two high quality, creditworthy tenants, and I’ve signed annual lease agreements for both properties, the first started 02/09/21, only 4 days after closing and the other tenant is moving in 03/01/21.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can unequivocally highly recommend Greg, Doreen and Orquera Florida Investments.
